Recruiters, please don't contact this job poster.</li><li>OK to highlight this job opening for persons with disabilities.</li></ul>Duties<ul><li>Provide legal advice and representation in areas such as family law, landlord-tenant law, workers' compensation law, and securities law.</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.</li><li>Draft legal documents including contracts, pleadings, motions, and briefs with precision and clarity.</li><li>Engage in negotiations on behalf of clients to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible.</li><li>Represent clients in litigation proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected throughout the process.</li><li>Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, particularly in tribal law and regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the quality of legal services provided by the firm.</li><li>Maintain organized records of case files and client communications.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Admission to the state bar association and active license to practice law.</li><li>Proven experience in various areas of law including estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, personal injury law, and litigation preferred.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes for clients.</li><li>Proficient in legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.</li><li>Excellent writing skills with experience in legal drafting required.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Prior experience in a legal administrative role is advantageous but not mandatory.
