The Orange County District Attorney&rsquo;s Office is seeking entry-level attorneys and attorneys with up to eight years of prosecution experience to serve as Assistant District Attorneys. Duties and responsibilities will include, depending on the applicant&rsquo;s experience, prosecuting felony or misdemeanor cases, from preliminary proceedings, discovery practice, motion practice, grand jury presentations, pretrial hearings, through trial and sentencing.
