 Purpose of the job
 
 
 
 Deliver &amp; administer functional &amp; non-functional training courses. As well as design and develop all developmental activities for relevant accounts.
 
 
 
 Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct training sessions as part of the functional training plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate the new hires in the induction through different assessments and role plays.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure regular updates to the materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and conduct training sessions according to new products/services offering, and promotions including its reflections on the customer interface systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular refreshment sessions to cover the gaps and areas of enhancement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and conduct training sessions for soft skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure standard quality checks of training delivery and administration as per the departments policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the administration of training programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent information and skill delivery in all training activities provided to employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep training material updated with new product and services or any other related changes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue activities and progress reports to document work process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Revise all sources of information to ensure updated data collection and knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design &amp; Implement functional academies with their related structure &amp; content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on RFPs &amp; review suppliers proposals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle supplier relations &amp; related logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop all related forms &amp; communication templates; handle branding of materials, logos and events when needed. Communicate and interface with interns/mentors and internal trainees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all supplier related communications &amp; logistics as stationary, payment, pre &amp; post course actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track the training budget versus expenses for the concerned departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop channels to stay connected with employees and assess potential needs.

 Education
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors degree in Telecom /communications engineering or Business Informatics
 </li>
 <li>
 Certificate/Diploma in HR or training is preferred; or previous Training.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience, 3 of which in a similar field in a corporate environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of training providers in Egypt and the Middle East.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of learning &amp; Development tools and processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of all technical operations within a telecom operator (Mobile Networks, GSM,LTE, VoIP,IT)
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Fluent English both spoken and written.
