 Purpose of the job
 
 
 
 To assess and monitor network performance through regular voice and data benchmarking campaigns, ensuring superior customer experience and identifying areas of network quality improvement. The role involves analyzing service quality metrics, generating detailed performance reports, and supporting the proactive resolution of network issues affecting service quality.
 
 
 
 Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze Data/Voice benchmarking campaigns conducted to assess Orange Egypts network performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed report (voice quality analysis, dropped calls, blocked calls, throughput analysis,etc) for each measurement conducted.
 </li>
 <li>
 Launch new initiatives &amp; projects that focus on enhancing the network QoS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Setup &amp; calibrate internal tools measurements to guarentee measurement quality and effeciency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively facilitate a challenging environment that encourages decision making, personal ownership, teamwork and accountability at all levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate, prepare &amp; submit sufficient quality reports including all the required analysis in each field that will provide a clear visibility of the network performance for top management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain network quality performance through all available tools like counters, field measurements and captures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor, analyze &amp; report Access Network performance through KPIs &amp; following up chronic problems till it solved with the concerned teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a 1st line support for the teams technicians for any field problems arising during drive test measurements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively assess issues &amp; network bottlenecks that could affect future performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage &amp; encourage the development and creation of in-house developed tools to minimize the time and efforts for analyzing network quality problems as well as the investment costs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deepen diversified functional knowledge that connects different fields and disciplines through a solid understanding of the radio &amp; access network side and linking them with other fields such as the Core, BSS and optimization.
 </li>

 Affirm the problem resolution within desired SLAs.

Sr. Supervisor, Network Quality of service and benchmarking analysis

<div>
 Leading the process of analyzing the actual monthly financial performance in order to build strong understanding of the key variances. Implementing proactively ways to improve the financial performance by providing early warning to revenue or spending deviations as well as producing all monthly managerial presentations and analysis.

 Build and maintain financial models to produce monthly and quarterly variance analysis of the financial statements including income statement, balance sheet and cash flows vs budget and forecast.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce monthly high level Company Performance presentations to the management (CFO/CEO) and Orange group including various analyses explaining the corporate financial performance and key risks and opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce monthly financial dashboard, balance sheet and cash flow and all related financial analysis according to the Egyptian and the IFRS accounting standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce detailed variance analysis and commentary explanation report for each line of the three financials and to ensure strong understanding of the key variances &amp; causes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare all presentations and materials needed for the monthly financial review conference calls with Orange Group according to the IFRS standards (Pre-flash call, monthly business review call, cash &amp; liquidity call)
 </li>
 <li>
 Be focal point of contact with Orange group for all needed financial analysis and all financial related matters.
