We are looking for a creative Video &amp; Photography professional who can plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality visual content for social media, ad campaigns, and brand marketing.This role involves hands-on shooting, creative execution, and coordination with the marketing and content teams.Key Responsibilities Video Production<ul><li>Shoot videos for social media content (Reels, Shorts, Stories)</li><li>Create videos for paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)</li><li>Product videos, lifestyle shots, and brand storytelling videos</li><li>Basic video editing, trimming, and format optimization for platforms</li></ul>Photography<ul><li>Product shoots (catalog, ecommerce, creative)</li><li>Model shoots (fashion, lifestyle, brand campaigns)</li><li>Office shoots, team shoots, behind-the-scenes content</li><li>Event coverage (if required)</li></ul>Shoot Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Understand content brief and brand requirements</li><li>Plan shoot angles, framing, lighting, and composition</li><li>Coordinate with models, stylists, and internal team</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of final photos and videos</li></ul>Social Media Focus<ul><li>Create content keeping platform formats in mind (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)</li><li>Understand what works for organic content vs ads</li><li>Adapt shoots for different platforms and campaign needs</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in video shooting and photography</li><li>Hands-on knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio basics</li><li>Ability to shoot both indoor and outdoor content</li><li>Basic editing skills (mobile or desktop tools)</li><li>Understanding of social media and ad creatives</li><li>Creative eye with attention to detail</li></ul>Good to Have<ul><li>Experience with ecommerce or fashion shoots</li><li>Knowledge of influencer or UGC-style content</li><li>Creative input during ideation and planning</li><li>Drone or advanced editing skills</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on multiple brands &amp; industries</li><li>Creative freedom and learning exposure</li><li>Fast-paced environment with real marketing impact</li><li>Growth opportunities based on performance</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹9,479.29 - ₹33,813.99 per monthWork Location: In person
