 Diesel Documentation &amp; Logistics:
 
 Handle all diesel-related documentation, supply coordination, and compliance with procurement and storage procedures.

 Utility Management:
 
 Maintain communication with the
 
 Red Sea Potable Water Company
 
 , oversee water and electricity consumption tracking, and ensure timely settlement of related payments, including those for the Hurghada sewage line pump station.

Administrative Manager - El Gouna

 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsible for all FF&amp;E packages Wooden Furniture, lighting, Fabrics&amp; Curtains, Accessories, Rugs, etc.), for the project. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge skills to successfully deliver FF&amp;E solutions, Review and inspect items for quality control before delivery and installation, oversee the installation and deliveries of FF&amp;E packages in site, ensuring flawless execution. that meets both aesthetic and functional goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Sourcing and Selection:
 
 Identify and select appropriate FF&amp;E items that meet the project's design, budget, and functional requirements. This includes researching products, materials, and finishes to ensure quality and suitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Specification Writing:
 
 Prepare detailed FF&amp;E specifications, including product descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, and installation instructions, ensuring accuracy and clarity for procurement and installation teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Vendor Coordination:
 
 Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of FF&amp;E items.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Quality Assurance:
 
 Conduct inspections of FF&amp;E items during all phases of production, delivery and after installation to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Educational Background:
 
 A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design or a related field Architectural / applied art.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Experience: 3
 
 -5 years of experience in FF&amp;E design and procurement, preferably within the hospitality or high-end residential sectors.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Design Proficiency:
 
 Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and material applications.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Technical Skills
 
 : Knowledge of FF&amp;E materials, AutoCAD, Excel, and procurement software is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Project Management:
 
 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and adherence to deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Communication:
 
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Problem-Solving:
 
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during the design, manufacturing process and installation process.
