 Role Purpose:
 
 The Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for monitoring overall business performance, develop reports and dashboards for commercial performance and new market expansion initiatives. The role focuses on building high-impact partnerships, unlocking new revenue streams, securing large accounts, and improving commercial performance across B2B, B2G, and enterprise segments. This position plays a key role in scaling BluEV's fleet electrification strategy.

 Description of the accountability:

 Identify new revenue streams.

 Identify and secure high-value partnerships.
 </li>

 Lead cross-functional execution of partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
 </li>

 Conduct feasibility studies for expansion projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze competitive landscape and pricing models.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze conversion funnels for enterprise deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify bottlenecks in closing and onboarding.
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve proposal structures and pricing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop standardized BD playbooks and pitch decks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop reporting system, Dashboards and partners performance management technics.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Education:
 
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
