We are seeking a Marketing Trainee from a reputable management or textile institute to work directly with the President of Business Operations (Marketing).The role offers hands-on exposure to strategic marketing operations, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading fabric manufacturing organization.Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities :<ul><li>Project Documentation: Assist in documenting ongoing marketing and business development projects, including maintaining detailed project reports, SOPs, and process updates.</li><li>Project Timelines: Regularly update, track, and highlight project progress, milestones, and deliverables for the President&rsquo;s review.</li><li>Team Coordination: Support team-building initiatives and facilitate coordination across sales, merchandising and product development/ design teams.</li><li>Presentations &amp; Pitches: Prepare and organize marketing decks, business pitches, and project summaries for internal and client presentations.</li><li>Meetings &amp; Communication: Organize and schedule meetings; ensure action points are recorded and follow-ups are tracked to maintain adherence to timelines.</li><li>SOP Development: Assist in drafting and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to marketing and operations.</li><li>Market Support: Contribute to market research, competitor tracking, and insights that support strategic decisions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Full Time) from a reputed institute.</li><li>Gresher to 1 year of experience</li><li>Proficiency in MS Suite (word, excel &amp; Powerpoint)</li><li>Strong knowledge or working experience of Power BI will be added advantage</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</li><li>Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders</li><li>Analytical and detail-oriented approach</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable travelling to Churchgate Location?</li><li>What is your expected CTC (In LPA)?</li><li>Can you join immediately?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
