Role Overview Orbit ISS is seeking a skilled Buyer Subcontract Procurement with strong experience in oil and gas projects. The role involves sourcing evaluating and managing subcontractors to ensure timely cost-effective and compliant project execution. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Source and prequalify subcontractors based on scope and compliance.</li> <li>Float RFQs analyze bids and prepare commercial comparisons.</li> <li>Draft and issue subcontract POs and agreements.</li> <li>Coordinate with project site and engineering teams on subcontracting needs.</li> <li>Track costs documentation and vendor performance for reporting and audits.</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or related field.</li> <li>35 years of experience in subcontract procurement (construction / marine / oil & gas).</li> <li>Strong ERP (preferably Oracle Fusion) and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Knowledge of project workflows and vendor management.</li> </ul> Preferred Certifications <ul> <li>Certified Procurement Professional (CPP)</li> <li>PMP or equivalent project coordination certification (optional but beneficial)</li> </ul> Key Skills Engineering Support,Cost Estimates,Log Analysis,Petrel,BLM,Production Data,Productions operations,Petroleum Engineering,Engineering Analysis,Economic Analysis,Development Plans,Reservoir Characterization,Technical Support,Technical Reports Employment Type Full Time Experience years Vacancy 1
