We are looking for a responsible and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations for Orbit Serviced Apartments, a premium serviced apartment business in Khar West, Mumbai.The role primarily focuses on Orbit&rsquo;s hospitality operations, along with maintaining accounts for a few other associated businesses and entities.The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Tally, GST, reconciliations, and finalization, and should be looking for a long-term, stable position.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collect daily invoices and payment details from the front desk</li><li>Record and maintain all entries in Tally</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations and ensure booking payments are received</li><li>Track vendor payments and manage receivables/payables</li><li>Handle GST (3B, D3A) and other compliance filings</li><li>Maintain accurate records and filing systems</li><li>Prepare monthly financial summaries for management</li><li>Coordinate with the company&rsquo;s CA for quarterly and annual finalization</li><li>Manage a few additional related company accounts as part of routine work</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (hospitality background preferred)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and GST compliance</li><li>Punctual, organized, and reliable</li><li>Able to manage accounts independently and accurately</li><li>Based in Mumbai (preferably near Khar West)</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Long-term, stable position</li><li>Exposure to multiple business operations</li><li>Professional and growth-oriented environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time Location: Khar West, Mumbai Salary: &#8377;35,000 &ndash; &#8377;45,000/month (depending on experience)To Apply: Upload your resumeJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
