Job Overview:Orbitors IT Solutions is hiring a skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across platforms.This role requires strategic thinking, content planning, ad management, and community-building expertise. The ideal candidate will have experience managing organic and paid campaigns, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance to support business objectives.You will play a vital role in developing our online voice while collaborating with the creative team to maintain consistent brand visuals.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals</li><li>Create platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, andX</li><li>Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns for paid promotions and lead generation</li><li>Build community organically through engagement, replies, and outreach </li><li>Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for better results</li><li>Research trends, monitor competitors, and apply best practices </li><li>Collaborate with the graphics team to prepare visuals and ensure consistent branding</li><li>Knowledge of basic image/video shooting and editing</li></ul>Requirements:&#9989; Hands-on experience with social platforms and digital content&#9989; Understanding of Meta Business Suite and ad campaign setups&#9989; Familiarity with social media automation and tracking tools&#9989; Ability to create content that converts and engages&#9989; Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills&#9989; Collaborative mindset to work with design and marketing teams&#9989; Basic video production/editing skills are an added advantageJob Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Peshawar Gpo (25000): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Relevent: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
