<div><div>Jersey Mikes is seeking a Shift Leader with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for customer service. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service</li>
<li>Ensure that all food is prepared and served according to company standards</li>
<li>Manage inventory and ordering of supplies</li>
<li>Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development</li>
<li>Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times</li>
<li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Previous experience in a leadership role in the food service industry (preferred)</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>
<li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
