<b>Starting Hourly Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 a/hr. Pay is commensurate with experience.</b></div>

<ul><li>Provide <b>direct care</b> and <b>nursing assessments</b> to youth in our residential program.</li>
<li>Collaborate with families, providers, and a <b>multi-disciplinary treatment team</b>.</li>
<li>Administer medications, manage health records, and support trauma-informed care.</li>
<li>Promote a safe, healing environment focused on <b>reducing restraints</b> and enhancing well-being.</li>
<li>Step in with calm and confidence during emergencies.</li>

<ul><li>Active <b>Iowa RN license</b> with pediatric or psychiatric experience preferred.</li>
<li>A heart for children and a passion for <b>trauma-informed care</b>.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and comfort with EHR and medication administration.</li>
<li>Willingness to be on-call and participate in a rotating holiday schedule.</li>
