What You&rsquo;ll Do:

As a Certified Caregiver, you&rsquo;ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:
<ul><li>
Providing compassionate, resident-centered care with dignity and respect.
</li><li>Administering medications accurately, maintaining precise records, and utilizing our electronic health records system (Yardi).
</li><li>Working closely with licensed nursing staff, to implement resident care plans and follow established protocols.
</li><li>Collaborating with a supportive, tight-knit team.
</li><li>Building positive relationships with residents, their families, and team members.</li></ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul><li>
An active state-required Caregiver and/or CMA certification.</li><li>
A heart for helping others and a desire to grow in healthcare.</li><li>
A positive, team-oriented mindset.</li><li>
The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.</li></ul>
