About the Role
Order.co is looking for a Vendor Partnerships Associate to help manage and grow our vendor network by strengthening existing vendor relationships, uncovering opportunities within current purchasing behavior, and engaging new vendors where there is an opportunity to expand value for customers and the business. 
The role works closely with our Marketplace, Vendor Operations, and Catalog Operations teams to identify opportunities, support vendor engagement, and improve the overall value of our vendor network. We're looking for someone who is organized, persistent, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. 
What You'll Do
Connect with Vendors<ul><li>
Reach out to vendors by phone and email to discuss partnership opportunities</li><li>
Build relationships with vendor contacts and serve as a professional representative of Order.co</li><li>
Follow up consistently to move conversations forward and keep opportunities active</li><li>
Help vendors understand how working with Order.co can benefit their business</li></ul>
Support Vendor Growth Initiatives<ul><li>
Help establish vendor accounts and programs that create value for customers and Order.co</li><li>
Work with existing vendors to identify opportunities for improved pricing, rebates, or other commercial benefits</li><li>
Assist in bringing more purchasing activity into structured vendor relationships</li><li>
Support initiatives that increase vendor participation across the platform</li></ul>
Manage and Track Opportunities<ul><li>
Maintain a pipeline of vendor opportunities and ensure timely follow-up</li><li>
Keep accurate records of outreach, conversations, and outcomes</li><li>
Identify blockers and escalate issues when needed</li><li>
Prioritize work based on opportunity size, urgency, and likelihood of success</li></ul>
Drive Continuous Improvement<ul><li>
Identify patterns across vendor conversations and outcomes</li><li>
Share feedback that can improve outreach efforts and vendor engagement</li><li>
Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and consistency</li><li>
Help document best practices and successful approaches</li></ul> 
What We're Looking For<ul><li>
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or account management</li><li>
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>
Comfortable speaking with people on the phone and through email</li><li>
Organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once</li><li>
Persistent and comfortable following up to drive outcomes</li><li>
Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li></ul>

The anticipated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $95,000 OTE. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.</li></ul></div>
