Oregon City Counseling (OCC) is a small mental health group practice offering both in-person and telehealth mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults.OCC strives to be an amazing place to work. We employ only the best clinicians. We have incredible support staff who will allow you to focus on clinical work. We consider 32 hours a week to be full time and will pay you a set salary (unless you prefer other arrangements). While experts at talk therapy, this is a new realm for us and we're hoping to hire a PMHNP who has the experience and confidence to work with us as a team to develop this role at OCC.Required:<ul><li>Licensed Nurse Practitioner - Certified in Psychiatric &amp; Mental Health (PMHNP Required)</li><li>Other professionals with abilities to prescribe medications in an outpatient mental health settings also encouraged to apply (e.g. Physician Assistant, PA)</li><li>At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post-graduate</li><li>Previous experience working in an outpatient setting</li><li>Must be licensed in Oregon</li><li>Opted into Medicare/Medicaid</li></ul>Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oregon City, OR 97045
