We are looking for an experienced <b>Senior Manager, Human Resources</b> to lead our HR team and serve as the <b>Head of HR for the Lottery</b>. You will partner directly with the C-Suite to lead our people strategy, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure understanding of organizational goals.</div><div></div><div><br>
This is a <b>hybrid position</b>: while you will work remotely, you will join the leadership team on-site in Salem, OR at least once per month for leadership meetings.</div>

About the Role</b></div><div>
The Senior Manager, Human Resources will report to the Assistant Director of Business Services and lead a team of 13 HR professionals that support 450 Lottery team members.</div><div>
You will lead a team to develop processes and metrics while coordinating the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs. You will assist and advise Lottery leaders about Human Resources issues and ensure understanding and execution of Executive Team strategies.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Provide leadership, planning, project coordination, and management to guide the daily activities of all areas of the Human Resources department.</div></li><li><div>
Manage, implement, and oversee HR strategies and programs.</div></li><li><div>
Manage the Human Resources and Lottery-wide personal services budget.</div></li><li><div>
Manage data, metrics, and trends to guide goals and priorities for the HR department.</div></li><li><div>
Oversee the development of comprehensive strategic talent management plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.</div></li><li><div>
Oversee the implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.</div></li><li><div>
Manage a team tasked with collaborating across diverse teams to reach agreement regarding procedures that impact productivity, staff morale, and equity throughout the organization.</div></li><li><div>
Partner with the AD of Business Services to Identify opportunities for process improvement and new programs.</div></li><li><div>
According to Internal Operating Policy 2.512, Temporary Closure, this position is designated as Essential personnel.</div></li></ul>

You Have:</b></div><div>
Minimum Qualifications</div><ul><li><div>
Bachelor's Degree and seven (7) years of experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines. Four (4) years of management experience.</div></li><li><div>
Ten (10) years of experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines. Four (4) years of management experience.</div></li></ul><div><b>
