We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused <b>Dispatcher - Scheduling Manager</b> to oversee daily routing, dispatch operations, scheduling, and customer service activities.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Build, optimize, and manage weekly routes for 6 field technicians</li><li>
Dispatch technicians and coordinate emergency service calls</li><li>
Supervise and support a team of 4-6 employees</li><li>
Communicate regularly with city inspectors and submit the required route information</li><li>
Answer incoming phone calls and customer inquiries</li><li>
Manage scheduling, customer accounts, and service updates</li><li>
Enter new customer information and maintain accurate records</li><li>
Assist with billing processes and automatic payment setup</li><li>
Troubleshoot scheduling and service-related issues</li><li>
Send service and pump-out reports to city inspectors</li><li>
Maintain daily operational logs and technician paperwork</li><li>
Ensure customer information remains accurate and up to date</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>
Previous dispatching, routing, scheduling, or logistics experience preferred</li><li>
Customer service and office administration experience required</li><li>
Knowledge of Oregon and Washington roadways is a plus</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li><li>
QuickBooks experience preferred</li><li>
Smart Service Scheduling Software experience is a plus</li><li>
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Positive, professional attitude with strong customer focus</li><li>
Team-oriented mindset and leadership ability</li><li>
Typing speed of 40-50 WPM or higher</li><li>
Comfortable working in an environment where grease odors may occasionally be present</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
