We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead our HR team and serve as the Head of HR for the Lottery. You will partner directly with the C-Suite to lead our people strategy, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure understanding of organizational goals.This is a hybrid position: while you will work remotely, you will join the leadership team on-site in Salem, OR at least once per month for leadership meetings.About the RoleThe Senior Manager, Human Resources will report to the Assistant Director of Business Services and lead a team of 13 HR professionals that support 450 Lottery team members.You will lead a team to develop processes and metrics while coordinating the implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs. Four (4) years of management experience.</li><li>Ten (10) years of experience in multiple Human Resources disciplines.
