Location: Gurugram Department: ProcurementJob Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, vendor development, and inventory procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services required for company operations, with a focus on quality, compliance, and sustainability.The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for STP/ETP projects and company operations. The role requires strong vendor management skills, technical understanding of STP/ETP components, and the ability to handle procurement processes efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to secure the best deals while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Issue purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely delivery and avoid stock-outs.</li><li>Maintain and update supplier database, purchase records, and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with the inventory, quality control, and finance teams to streamline procurement processes.</li><li>Monitor market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses for continuous improvement in sourcing.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and government regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth inbound shipments and customs clearances.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance and develop long-term strategic partnerships.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>2-4 years of experience in procurement</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Knowledge of organic and chemical product sourcing is a plus.</li><li>Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;22,205.01 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
