Accountant cum Cost Controller &amp; Operations Support &ndash; RestaurantJob SummaryWe are looking for an Accountant cum Cost Controller to manage restaurant accounting, cost control, inventory, and provide operational support including procurement and supplier coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting &amp; Finance<ul><li>Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.</li><li>Handle Accounts Payable, journal entries, and month-end closing.</li><li>Monitor and analyze accounting data and general ledger accounts.</li><li>Prepare and monitor cash flows.</li><li>Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and monthly bank statements.</li><li>Handle tax calculations, submissions, and compliance.</li><li>Prepare schedules and documents for internal and external audits.</li></ul>Cost Control &amp; Inventory<ul><li>Monitor cost accounting and operational expenses.</li><li>Track, reconcile, and control inventory (food, beverages, and supplies).</li></ul>Operations &amp; Procurement Support<ul><li>Place purchase orders for restaurant supplies.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for orders, deliveries, and payments.</li><li>Maintain supplier records and documentation.</li><li>Handle AMC contracts, maintenance coordination, and service follow-ups.</li><li>Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support as required.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.</li><li>Experience in restaurant or hospitality accounting preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.</li><li>Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
