About the role</b></div>
</div><div><div>
The Operator - Asset provides reliable and safe movement of mobile fleet, equipment and plant and will also be responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs on a wide range of industrial equipment and machinery.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
What you will be doing</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li><b>Equipment movement:</b> Safely and reliably move all company equipment, plant, and mobile fleet as directed.</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Performing equipment maintenance:</b> Carrying out routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Safety and compliance:</b> Know and adhere to all relevant procedures, statutory requirements, and codes.</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Risk management:</b> Continually assess risks associated with regional operations and maintenance, taking corrective action when necessary.</li></ul><br>

<ul>
<li><b>Performing equipment maintenance:</b> Carrying out routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.</li></ul><br>

<ul>
<li><b>Collaboration:</b> Working closely with operations, production, and engineering teams, as well as contractors, to ensure plant reliability and address technical issues.</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><div><b>What you will bring</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li><b>Technical expertise</b>: Strong practical knowledge of auto-mechanical, auto-electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, supported by a relevant trade certification or diploma.</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Experience:</b> At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a heavy-duty equipment operation and maintenance. (Experience in Auto-Electrical systems is an added advantage).</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Troubleshooting skills</b>: The ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems is essential for minimizing equipment downtime.</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Communication:</b> Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for reporting, collaboration, and training.</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li><b>Computer literacy:</b> Competent with computer systems for reporting.</li></ul></div></div><div></div><div><div><div><b><br>
Your qualifications</b></div></div><div></div><div><br>
<ul>
<li><b>Technical diploma</b>: A diploma or higher national diploma (HND) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution.</li></ul><br>

<ul>
<li><b>Vocational training:</b> National Certificates (NC1 and NC2) or other relevant vocational certifications in Industrial Maintenance or related trades.</li></ul><br>
<div></div>
<ul>
<li>A valid Ghanaian driver&rsquo;s license (Heavy duty equipment preferred).</li>
