Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor, manage and optimize injection molding and Plastic sheet extrusion processes to ensure consistent product quality, efficiency and compliance with manufacturing and quality standards.</li><li>Lead routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of molds and dies; support development and commissioning of new molds to improve productivity and reduce downtime.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Production and Quality teams to ensure adherence to approved process parameters, quality requirements and manufacturing protocols.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to process optimization, cycle time reduction, material selection and waste minimization.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry best practices.</li></ul>Qualification:Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Polymer EngineeringSalary &amp; Benefits: Competitive Salary with following Benefits<ul><li>Transportation facility</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Health Insurance</li><li>Other benefits (as per company policy)</li></ul>Preferred Experience:Min 03 YearsJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
