About UsWe are looking for a full time/part-time Restaurant Cashier/Receptionist Associate.Oriental Pearl is a vibrant Pan-Asian restaurant located at 1550 Paoli Pike, West Chester, PA, offering a fusion of Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and other East Asian flavors. From our handcrafted sushi to flavorful stir-fries and exotic curries, we bring culinary excellence and warm service to every guest.Website: https://www.orientalpearlwc.com/What We're Looking For<ul><li>Previous experience answering restaurant phone calls and as a cashier</li><li>Previous experience using a Restaurant POS system</li><li>Asian restaurant experience is a strong plus (sushi, Chinese, Thai, etc.)</li><li>Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Take and process phone and in-person orders accurately using the POS system</li><li>Take cash and credit card transactions for pick up orders.</li><li>Packing takeout or delivery orders during busy hours</li><li>Assist with general side duties such as restocking supplies</li><li>Greet and seat dine-in guests promptly and courteously</li><li>Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourHours (These are the restaurant's open to close hours not shift hours)<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Thursday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 9:30 PM</li><li>Friday&ndash;Saturday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 10:30 PM</li><li>Sunday: 12:00 PM &ndash; 9:30 PM</li></ul>Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What days and hours are you looking for?</li></ul>Our restaurant hours are the following:Monday to Thursday: 11am-9:30pmFriday-Saturday: 11am-10:30pmSunday: 11am-9:30pm<ul><li>Do you have Asian Restaurant Experience?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
