 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Maintenance &amp; Operations Technician is responsible for supporting facility maintenance, EHS activities, forklift operations, and production requirements, as needed, to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on facility and production equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs, inspections, and housekeeping activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, totes, and pallets throughout the facility
 </li>
 <li>
 Load and unload trucks and assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Restock production materials and maintain warehouse organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform production operator duties, including filling bags, as needed to support customer demand and staffing requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow all safety, quality, and operating procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform other related duties as assigned by the Site Leader
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Job Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must be able to follow verbal and written procedures and instructions relating to safety, quality, and production
 </li>
 <li>
 PPE is required - safety toe shoes or boots (safety glasses and ear plugs will be provided)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a safe, neat, and clean work environment including work area and equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to stand in one area for extended periods of time, performing repetitive tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Forklift experience is preferred.&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent
 </li>
 <li>
 Forklift certification
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to perform basic match skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Read, write, and comprehend English
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to work independently and as a team
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be able to lift 50 lbs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work scheduled shift based on production needs determined by the site leader&nbsp;
 </li>
 </ul>
