Role and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at Orion180, you will:<ul><li>
Provide exceptional customer experiences by supporting and empowering agents and policyholders.</li><li>
Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to deliver top-tier service.</li><li>
Research and identify solutions using advanced computer-based resources.</li><li>
Work in a paperless environment, prioritizing customer privacy and security.</li><li>
Learn and apply multiple underwriting guides and manuals.</li><li>
Review completed inspections and make decisions on insurance risks.</li><li>
Process acceptable risks through our system and prepare necessary documents for those that are not.</li><li>
Handle emails and phone calls from agents and policyholders with professionalism and care.</li></ul>
Qualifications and Education Requirements:<ul><li>
Education: High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.</li><li>
Preferred: Experience in Personal Lines insurance and familiarity with customer databases or comparable technology.</li><li>
Licensing: Ability to obtain applicable insurance licensing as required.<ul><li>
Preferred: Active Texas Property and Casualty license.</li></ul></li><li>
Skills: Strong interest in using and promoting innovation and technology; excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking, and customer service skills; strong written, verbal, and listening skills; analytical thinking and decision-making abilities.</li><li>
Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office software and insurance databases.</li><li>
Personal Attributes: Ability to build positive relationships with policyholders and agents; reliable, dependable, and punctual with excellent attendance; self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.</li><li>
Preferred Language Skills: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish is preferred</li></ul>
Physical Demands:<ul><li>
Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk, including the use of stairs.</li><li>
Ability to communicate with others, lift light objects (&lt;25 lbs), and use standard office equipment.</li><li>
Occasionally required to bend, twist, or stoop to open/close cabinets or reach for files.</li></ul>

ABOUT THE ROLE
Orion180 is seeking an Associate Regulatory Counsel to join our Legal and Compliance team in Melbourne, FL. This individual will play a critical role in advancing Orion180&rsquo;s compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This is a unique opportunity to grow professionally while working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to support compliance, manage risk, and drive business success. 
WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:<ul><li>
Analyze &amp; Advise: Review statutory and legal changes to determine their compliance impact on all Orion180 lines of business.</li><li>
Monitor Regulatory Developments: Stay current on bulletins, circulars, and alerts to ensure company-wide compliance.</li><li>
Support Investigations: Assist with regulatory inquiries and consumer complaints from state Departments of Insurance.</li><li>
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Participate in compliance initiatives and work with internal teams to maintain adherence to laws and regulations.</li><li>
Contract Oversight: Review and make recommendations for vendor contracts and agreements to ensure compliance.</li><li>
Policy Development: Create, review, and maintain internal policies and procedures.</li><li>
Legal Guidance: Advise stakeholders on legal risks and obligations, balancing legal considerations with business objectives.</li><li>
Research &amp; Drafting: Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums of law on state and federal statutes and regulations.</li></ul>
WHAT WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR:
Education &amp; Licenses:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree required.</li><li>
J.D. required.</li><li>
Florida Bar licensure preferred.</li></ul>
Experience &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>
State insurance department or regulatory compliance experience strongly preferred.</li><li>
P&amp;C insurance experience is a plus.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
