You&rsquo;ll mentor and motivate teams to continuously improve their processes while facilitating essential meetings and decision-making.

WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:<ul><li>
Manage &amp; Oversee: Direct each project&rsquo;s scope and timeline to ensure timely delivery and alignment with goals.</li><li>
Coordinate &amp; Facilitate: Organize sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to maintain team momentum and focus.</li><li>
Coach &amp; Empower: Guide team members in Agile frameworks, enhancing their skills and understanding of best practices.</li><li>
Communicate &amp; Collaborate: Foster internal communication and effective collaboration among team members to promote transparency.</li><li>
Work &amp; Align: Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and accommodate new requests efficiently.</li><li>
Resolve &amp; Support: Address conflicts and remove obstacles to maintain team productivity and morale.</li><li>
Implement &amp; Adapt: Assist teams in effectively implementing changes that enhance their workflows and outputs.</li><li>
Ensure &amp; Maintain: Verify that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint, promoting excellence.</li></ul><ul><li>
Guide &amp; Elevate: Lead development teams towards higher levels of Scrum maturity, enabling them to thrive.</li><li>
Cultivate &amp; Inspire: Help build a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product and enjoy their work.</li></ul> 
WHAT WE&rsquo;RE LOOKING FOR:<ul><li>
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience: Over 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating a strong background in agile practices.</li><li>
Certification: Scrum Master certification is essential for guiding teams effectively.</li><li>
Technical Familiarity: Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.</li><li>
Scrum Expertise: Exceptional knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, including definition of done, user stories, automated testing, and backlog refinement.</li><li>
Agile Knowledge: Good understanding of other Agile frameworks such as Crystal and XP.</li><li>
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing strong servant leadership abilities.</li><li>
Problem-Solving Ability: Proven skills in problem-solving and conflict resolution to maintain team harmony.</li><li>
Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.</li><li>
Technical Proficiency: Experience in full stack development with technologies including SQL, REST Services, C# .NET Core, Bootstrap, and Vue.js on MS Azure.</li></ul>

While performing general duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and/or walk around (including the use of stairs). Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, comprehending, and reading; being able to lift light objects (&lt;25 lbs); and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist, or squat down to open/close cabinets and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
