We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling skills, understands branding, and can translate ideas into compelling designs across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and design marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and web assets.</li><li>Create visuals consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.</li><li>Design and edit short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels and TikTok-style videos, to enhance brand presence.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and developers to bring campaigns to life.</li><li>Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within deadlines.</li><li>Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies, including the use of AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>1 -2 years experience, preferably in a similar marketing agency environment.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects), Figma/Canva.</li><li>Experience in creating engaging reels/short-form video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.</li><li>Familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL&middot;E, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar) to support ideation and creative production.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and motion design principles.</li><li>Portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, versatility, and strong reel/video samples.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;300,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC (in LPA)</li><li>Notice Period (in days)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
