 diving deep into technical materials
 
 , building a strong understanding of
 
 engineering and software concepts
 
 in order to design effective and interactive learning experiences.

 Responsibilities

 Review and validate technical training content (cloud, automation, DevOps, data, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design learning flows, exercises, and course structures tailored for digital delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upload, organize, and maintain course materials and training content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the People &amp; Culture team to enhance the learner experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Propose creative ideas to make technical content more engaging and practical.
