 QUALIFICATIONS &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 
 Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering,
 
 Experience: At least 15 years&rsquo; experience in the offshore oil &amp; gas industry with minimum 7 years&rsquo;experience in a lead Commissioning role,
 
 Proven track record of leadership and problem resolution.
 
 Available for technical missions worldwide.
 
 Experienced with NOC Standards (Total General Specifications) , OPERCOM and ICAPS, MANASA.
 
 DCC Database and relevant codes and standards.

 Roles And Responsibilities
 
 To witness and/or verify all PVV/Process system and completion activities performed by the Construction Contractor including approval of punch lists.
 
 To Lead the pre-commissioning and the commissioning preparation and the execution at the fabrication sites, offshore in order to deliver an installation to CPY as ready for operation on schedule.
 
 To Lead discipline supervisor(s) and to follow closely the commissioning of systems/subsystems assigned in accordance with the commissioning procedures and commissioning and start-up schedule, coordinating the various disciplines, and ensuring all disciplines reach assigned targets as per system completion schedule.
 
 To ensure that the PVV/Process content of the dossiers is accurate and complete before they are accepted from construction, commissioning.

 EPCIC PREPARATION PHASE
 
 Ensure proper implementation of all pre-commissioning / commissioning disciplines
 
 Review the preparation of pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures (write the procedure if necessary, in order to respect the planning and achieve the milestones in due time) and reporting tools prepared by contractors (such as but not limited to: including technical database, planning, punch lists control and follow-up of the disciplines concerned)
 
 Review N2/He Leak Test Pack
 
 Maximize onshore commissioning and minimize lost time due to interfaces.
 
 Ensure ICAPS data base population
 
 Ensure that the Process-Piping pre-commissioning and commissioning spare parts, consumables equipment, special tools, etc are sufficient and available in time.
 
 Ensure Piping. Pipeline and vessel preservation strategy and procedure

 EPCIC COMMISSIONING EXECUTION PHASE
 
 Follow the contractor &rsquo;s Piping-Process commissioning activities using the OPERCOM&reg; Methodology and ICAPS&copy; (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) software.
 
 Follow the execution of Piping-Process commissioning activities to achieve commissioning schedule completion target
 
 Control and follow-up Hydrotest Pack priorities
 
 Control and follow-up Flange Management and N2/He Leak Test
 
 Control and follow-up on red line mark-up drawings
 
 Ensure proper Punch Item entry and closure
 
 Technical support to Process/Piping discipline and Contractor
 
 Prepare daily, weekly, and final commissioning reports.
 
 Lead Piping-Process system safety awareness and toolbox talks.
 
 Coordinate with multi-discipline commissioning leads to ensure integrated system commissioning
 
 Control and follow-up on VENDORS commissioning scope of work activities such as: SAT, OTPs, documents&nbsp;
 
 update and Closing of Punch list
 
 Follow for piping and pipeline system preservation
 
 Leading commissioning spare parts and special tools handover process to FOPS team.

 Update cost follow-up table and dashboard input.
 
 Manage technical issues in Lizzy.
 
 Maintain training certificate records.
 
 Track average training hours for Sustainable reporting.
 
 Implement Individual Training Plans (ITP) campaign in coordination with TD.
 
 Consolidate training needs and implement validated ITPs for all employees.
 
 Ensure external staff registration on Lizzy and manage compliance training registrations.
 
 Track implementation and statistics of specific training programs by HQ (Visa for TE, Visa for Electricity, anti-corruption training, HSE matrix if continued).

 HRIS
 
 
 Key user for most HRIS functions (job posting, Lizzy, etc.).
 
 Check accuracy and quality of data in HR4U.
 
 Act as HR innovation correspondent.

 Recruitment &amp; Mobility
 
 
 Coordinate recruitments and internal mobilities through CV screenings, pre-qualification calls, and candidate sourcing as per requirements.

 Onboarding
 
 
 Manage onboarding for all local hires and interns (collection of documents, security clearance, etc.).
 
 Prepare induction plans for newcomers
 
 Conduct HR induction for newcomers

 Campaigns
 
 
 Coordinate HR campaigns in liaison with the headquarters.
 
 Follow-up with employees to address any technical issues and ensure a 100 percent completion rate

 Maintain the job descriptions library and related reporting
 
 Ensure all newcomers provide their JDs

 Interns
 
 
 Follow-up and coordinate international trainees&rsquo; movement with department and HQ, from request form to selection
 
 Coordinate with department and intern, provide administrative support during assignments
 
 Participate in career fairs and maintain relations with schools and universities in coordination with CSR team.

 Qualifications &amp; Requirements:
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, or related field required, HR certification a plus.

 Experience:
 
 
 HR experience needed, especially in talent development, onboarding, training, or HRIS; multinational/matrix background preferred.
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 Skilled in HRIS (Avature, Lizzy, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and Microsoft Office; knowledge of compliance reporting and data management.
