Job Title: ELV System Site EngineerReports To: Project ManagerSalary - 3,500 - 5,000Preferences:Valid HSE certificationSIRA certificationRole Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled ELV System Site Engineer to lead the end-to-end execution of advanced ELV systems on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring quality, timely delivery, and seamless integration of CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA systems, and other ELV solutions. The role requires hands-on leadership, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead the installation, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.</li><li>Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure flawless execution.</li><li>Supervise engineering teams and subcontractors, enforcing safety standards and maintaining productivity.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges on-site promptly.</li><li>Coordinate closely with MEP and civil teams to ensure smooth integration.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, including as-built drawings, reports, and manuals.</li><li>Stay updated on ELV industry trends and implement innovative solutions to optimize system performance.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ELV engineering experience in commercial or industrial projects.</li><li>Expertise in CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, PA systems, and other ELV solutions.</li><li>Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Familiarity with international ELV standards (ISO, IEC).</li><li>Skilled in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting ELV systems.</li></ul>What We Expect:<ul><li>Assertive, detail oriented, and results driven mindset.</li><li>Ability to deliver high quality work under pressure.</li><li>Proactive, technically sharp, and client focused.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
