Responsibilities:

The Successful Candidate Will...</b></div><ul><li>
Assume leadership of an entire region upon completion of training</li><li>
Be willing to travel in the field for branch office visits 80% of the time</li><li>
Be able to relocate within the division geography required</li><li>
Manage, direct and organize multiple Branch offices to ensure effective sales, quality service delivery, revenue attainment and profitability growth by analyzing each individual operation and mutually establishing priorities</li><li>
Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations</li><li>
Ensure accountability for and compliance with the policies and procedures for all Company vehicles within the Region</li><li>
Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach Branch Managers and other key leaders throughout the Region</li><li>
Drive sales initiatives and results for all Branches throughout the Region</li><li>
Identify best practices, cost savings and improved customer service initiatives</li><li>
Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Human Resources on key hiring, promotional opportunities, succession planning, performance improvement and termination decisions</li><li>
Promote positive employee relations including fostering high morale and upholding company operating standards</li><li>
Maintain technical industry knowledge and expertise in pest, termite, sales and Operational Management</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Compensation is from $65,000 USD to $85,000 USD per year with opportunities for additional earnings</li><li>

Qualifications:
<div><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or equivalent work experience</li><li>
Documented success driving revenue for a Home Services company</li><li>
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)</li><li>
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments</li><li>
5-7 years: Multi-operational or sales management experience with a results-driven company</li><li>
5-7 years: P&amp;L responsibility experience and an acute understanding of expense control strategies</li><li>
5-7 years: Demonstrated customer relations experience</li><li>
5-7 years: Experience with P&amp;L management and business processes</li><li>
5-7 years: Operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company</li><li>
5-7 years: Proven ability to achieve profitable growth</li><li>
5-7 years: Mentoring, coaching, motivating and training</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Preferred:</b></div><ul><li>
2-5 years: Experience in a service industry or recurring revenue business</li><li>
2-5 years: Sales experience and/or sales management experience</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Physical Demands / Working Environment:</b></div><div>
