```Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Associate Attorney to join our legal team. Please submit your resume, cover letter, and writing sample for consideration.NOTE - this position has been posted as a &quot;full-time&quot; role, although we are open to discussing part-time needs with qualified candidates.Preference for attorneys residing in the Tampa Bay area.Responsibilities:- Conduct legal research using Westlaw to support ongoing cases- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs- Assist with case management and preparation for litigation- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies- Attend court hearings and depositions as needed- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case filesExperience:- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school- Admitted to practice law in Florida and its federal courts- 2+ years of experience in a law firm or similar legal setting- Prior civil litigation experience required.- Strong knowledge of legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw- Ability to litigate cases effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilitiesPlease submit your resume, cover letter, and writing sample for consideration.```Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Civil Litigation: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Florida Bar License (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Tampa, FL (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
