Job Summary: The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Strategic Analytics &amp; Executive Reporting serves as a key partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, providing data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for synthesizing complex internal and external data into clear, actionable narratives for board-level presentations, executive reporting, and enterprise-wide performance management. The AVP translates key performance indicators (KPIs) into meaningful business outcomes, enabling leadership to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and drive growth.

Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Partners directly with the CEO to develop high-impact presentations and reports for the Board of Directors, executive committees, and strategic planning sessions.</li>
<li>Analyzes and interprets internal KPIs across all business lines (lending, deposits, member engagement, operations, etc.) to assess organizational performance.</li>
<li>Translates quantitative data into clear business insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities that influence strategic direction.</li>
<li>Designs and maintains executive dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide timely, accurate, and relevant performance metrics.</li>
<li>Develops compelling data visualizations and storytelling materials tailored for non-technical audiences, including board members and senior leadership.</li>
<li>Supports enterprise strategic initiatives by providing analytical insights, scenario modeling, and performance tracking.</li>
<li>Collaborates cross-functionally with Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Risk, and IT to ensure data integrity and alignment of KPIs with organizational goals.</li>
<li>Identifies opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality, and analytical capabilities across the organization.</li>
<li>Conducts ad hoc analyses and special projects as directed by the CEO, often under tight deadlines and with high visibility.</li>
<li>Monitors industry trends, peer benchmarks, and market conditions to provide external context to internal performance metrics.</li>
<li>Performs other job-related duties and projects as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Hybrid Remote Statement: Following initial onboarding and training, this position may transition to a hybrid remote work arrangement, allowing performance of job duties to be completed both from home and on-site, with a structured schedule designed to support flexibility, business objectives, and consistent collaboration.

Work Experience:
<ul>
<li>Seven or more years of experience in financial services, analytics, strategy, or executive reporting is required.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience preparing C-level presentations and working directly with senior executives is required.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights is required.</li>
<li>Credit Union or Banking experience is preferred.</li>
</ul>
Education:
<ul>
<li>A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, or in a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, work experience, or military experience is required. A master's degree is preferred.</li>
</ul>
Other skills required:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau</li>
<li>Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling, with associated technology applications</li>
<li>Strong relationship and communication skills in working with colleagues, as well as influencing customers on recommendations and analysis results</li>
<li>Experience working in Excel and databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, Aurora, Redshift, My SQL, etc.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and make recommendations to all levels of the organization</li>

AVP Strategic Analytics & Executive Reporting (Hybrid/Remote)

Job Summary: The AVP Call Center works directly with the VP Remote Services to mentor, lead and direct all solutions based within the assigned department for ORNL Federal Credit Union. This role assists the VP Remote Services in designing, recommending and executing short and long term production, people and growth strategies; and enforces policies and procedures to remain compliant with all regulatory requirements. The AVP of the Call Center provides strategic and operational leadership for a high-volume, multi-channel member contact center handling high volume. This role is responsible for managing and leading other leaders in the organization, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, revenue generation through consultative sales, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement. The AVP ensures the Call Center as a key strategic channel supporting member growth, retention, and overall credit union performance.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee call quality monitoring. Ensure consistent, compliant, and empathetic member interactions. Manage escalated member issues and high-risk complaints. Lead initiatives to improve digital self-service adoption and channel optimization. Use data analytics to identify pain points and process gaps. Observes and coaches the management team to deliver balanced performance and business growth. In addition, observation of workspace for staff and facilities to ensure our brand.</li>
<li>Oversee daily operations of inbound/outbound contact channels (phone, chat, email, digital). Provides direction and guidance; supports compliance and adherence to all policies and procedure. Evaluate and implement automation, AI tools, or digital enhancements. Partner with IT on system upgrades and vendor management. Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness.</li>
<li>Works with the Remote Services VP to develop plans of actions to increase service strategies and goals for business line and ensure employee engagement.</li>
<li>Monitor productivity and staffing models to meet fluctuating call volumes. Utilizes business platforms to review production/service reports with Managers and adjust strategies as appropriate.</li>
<li>When warranted, participates in interviews for business line and provides input and guidance on selection.</li>
<li>Participates in credit union initiatives, projects, and community events; some travel may be required for industry, community, and sponsored events.</li>
<li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Work Experience:
<ul>
<li>Five or more years of leadership or supervisory experience in financial institution is required.</li>
<li>Experience developing and leading large, diverse teams in the financial services industry is preferred.</li>
<li>Call Center experience is preferred.</li>
</ul>
Education:
<ul>
<li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.</li>
</ul>
