<div></div><div><b><i>As a Medical Receptionist with OrthoArizona, you&rsquo;ll get to:</i></b></div>
<ul><li>Answers phone in prompt, courteous and helpful manner, screening, and routing calls as needed, creates phone note in the patient electronic medical record, and/or providing information to patients</li>
<li>Be the 1st point of contact for our patients : Greet, Check In, Check Out and provide excellent patient service.</li>
<li>Manage schedule, assist with insurance verification and other physical therapy insurance requirements</li>
<li>Support physical therapy staff by keeping the front desk organized and running smoothly</li>
<li>Assist in indexing patient documents to the correct patient chart</li>
<li>Assist in routing electronic faxes to the correct location fax folder and or uploading to the correct patient chart</li>
<li>Assist with other duties as needed during down time</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications Include:</b></div>
<ul><li>Excellent customer / patient service</li>
<li>Knowledge of medical terminology</li>
<li>Working knowledge of computer programs</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Understand/Perform training on practice management software</li>
<li>Continue to expand knowledge of practice management software as updates occur</li>

<li>Minimum Qualifications</li>

<div></div><div><b>As an Athletic Trainer with OrthoArizona, you will get to:</b></div>
<ul><li>Administers athletic training services in a community or clinic setting under the supervision of a supervising physician.</li>
<li>These services include, but are not limited to, school screenings, injury prevention programs, athletic consults, injury assessment, and treatment and case management of injured athletes/clients undergoing rehabilitation.</li>
<li>Frequently attends practices and games for area schools and athletic clubs and community athletic events.</li>
<li>Evaluate injuries and develop treatment and exercise plans within the scope of practice.</li>
<li>Re-evaluate treatment plans, as needed, to ensure maximum patient benefit.</li>
<li>Implement individualized therapeutic interventions, and monitor responses to therapy to ensure client safety.</li>
<li>Report progress and medical changes to referring physician or appropriate medical provider</li>
<li>Educates clients, families, and coaches regarding injuries, risk factor modification, and exercise programs.</li>
<li>Provide evaluation and treatment of medical and musculoskeletal pathology consistent with the scope and practice of athletic training clinical competencies as defined by the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the State's Board of Athletic Training.</li>
<li>Conduct injury screening clinics, educational programs, and workshops to promote safety and injury prevention.</li>
<li>Documents patient treatment according to professional and regulatory standard.</li>
<li>Has autonomy to determine how to best accomplish functions within established procedures and scope of practice.</li>
<li>Confers with supervisor on any unusual situations.</li>
<li>Positions are facility based with no budgetary responsibility.</li>
<li>External Customers: Physician offices, patient families, community/educational institution customers (administration, coaches, athletes, etc.), third party payers, and medical supply companies.</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field from an accredited university training program.</li>
<li>Current Board of Certification (BOC) for the Athletic Trainer certification and must possess a valid athletic trainer license issued in the state of practice.</li>
<li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.</li>
<li>Requires the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers.</li>
<li>Must have strong interpersonal communications and human relation skills.</li>
