&middot; Inspect facilities daily to identify problems and complete the necessary maintenance work on time.&middot; To attend immediately to the breakdown call alerts.&middot; Ensure timely completion of the maintenance work as and when it arises.&middot; Responsible for checking the handover book for information pertaining to breakdowns, complaints, repairs / pending work, or general information.&middot; Check all indoor and outdoor areas of the hospital every day.&middot; Make sure to check the water tank level and ensure it is filled periodically&middot; Maintain and update all the records/ registers/ files regularly of ISO, NABH and SAFETY standards.&middot; Monitor regularly STP Plant motor, pump, and tank level check&middot; Monitor the Gas plant, check the status and change the cylinder when necessary.&middot; Attend all the complaints on all plumbing, electrical and maintenance work.&middot; On a regular basis check the functioning of the Operation Theatre's A/C units, Sterilizations department (ETO, CSSD, and AUTOCLAVE), and other equipments.&middot; Do regular rounds, check the gas, lights, fans computer, A/C etc, and ensure to save energy.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>in hospital is preferable: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
