We are a private practice seeking motivated, enthusiastic, bubbly people to join our already amazing team!Summary of Position:Our clinical orthodontic assistants are responsible for hands-on patient care and coordinating all levels of treatment with the practice and doctor. This role is vital and requires a high level of attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment. Participating in our team's community outreach and marketing activities.Essential Job Function:<ul><li>Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and deliver excellent customer service to patients</li><li>Coordinate patient care and treatment according to the doctor and other team members.</li><li>Hands on patient care and assisting the doctor and other team members in delivering orthodontic treatment</li><li>Be receptive to training and coaching on best practices</li><li>Maintain an organized working space</li><li>Coordinate with other team members and doctors as needed for treatment issues or questions</li><li>Other duties as required as they relate to the position</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Excellent customer service experience</li><li>Have excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Compassion and high level of service for our patients, parents, and staff</li><li>Integrity, always doing the right thing</li><li>Dependable, reliable to be at work when scheduled</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Able to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines</li><li>Professional manner and appearance at all times</li></ul>High-School Diploma Required1-3 Years Relative Experience1 Year of healthcare experienceJob Type: Full-timeOur Benefits:Competitive SalaryTeam Bonus Program401KPaid VacationPaid Sick TimePaid Holidays*We currently do not offer Health/ Dental Insurance*Travel to all locations is a requirement!
