How you'll make a difference?</div><div>
The Materials Coordinator, MFG will support the Manufacturing team by ensuring optimal levels of raw material and supplies for all aspects of Irvine Manufacturing are maintained. Prepares production jobs in ERP system and completes various transactions as required.</div><div></div><div>
What will your duties and responsibilities be?</div><div><i>
The following are the essential functions of this position. This position may be responsible for performing additional duties and tasks as needed and assigned.</i></div><ul><li><div>
Maintain good inventory practice by ensuring all inventory is properly identified with required information and is stored in the appropriate cleanroom locations</div></li><li><div>
Utilize Kanban for material inventory levels</div></li><li><div>
Set a standardized system for inventory management across multiple locations</div></li><li><div>
Create Work Order jobs in Oracle for the manufacturing line based on Planning department&rsquo;s weekly production requirements</div></li><li><div>
Solve inventory discrepancies by using detailed investigation techniques</div></li><li><div>
Place purchase requisitions for production spare parts and tooling as necessary</div></li><li><div>
Conduct regular inventory counts like cycle, stock levels, physical, etc. to maintain inventory levels, fulfill material requisitions and process required ERP transactions</div></li><li><div>
Monitor the release of supplies to the cleanroom from the Warehouse</div></li><li><div>
Provide inputs and ideas for process improvements</div></li><li><div>
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects, duties, and assignments</div></li><li><div>
Demonstrates ability to adapt to fast-paced, team-oriented work environment</div></li><li><div>
Assists with other duties as assigned</div></li><li><div>
Ensure compliance with production procedures and safety requirements</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What skills and experience will you need?</div><div><i>

Education/Certifications:</div><ul><li><div>
High School Diploma or equivalent required</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:</div><ul><li><div>
2-4 years of experience in an FDA regulated manufacturing/controlled environment, preferably in a Medical Device Experience or human-tissue assembly/production.</div></li><li><div>
2 years&rsquo; experience with work order creation and material issuing.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work independently, resolve issues and manage multiple tasks</div></li><li><div>
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and an MRP/ERP System</div></li><li><div>
Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written</div></li><li><div>
Excellent analytical skills and significant comfort working with numbers and MRP systems</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work overtime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
