Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare or administrative training preferred</li><li>Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality</li><li>Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>
