 About The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated Video Editor to help create storytelling-led, visually engaging content across multiple platforms in the beauty space. Working hand in hand with senior editors, creative and art directors, and the social team, you&rsquo;ll shape video content from raw footage through final delivery &mdash; bringing both creative and technical expertise across a wide variety of assets and projects. The ideal candidate is proficient in video editing and motion graphics software, comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment, and familiar with post-production workflows including media management, syncing, color correction, and audio leveling.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Shape video content across platforms in collaboration with creative lead and art director
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the conceptualizing and storyboarding process, translating creative briefs and scripts into compelling videos and motion graphics
 </li>
 <li>
 Import, transcode, sync, and organize raw footage and assets within established workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 Build rough assemblies and string-outs, maintaining clear timelines and labeling systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit video, perform color correction and grading, and create title designs and motion graphics that add excitement, elevation, and modernity to every project
 </li>
 <li>
 Support visual effects, compositing, and audio leveling under the guidance of senior editors
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep project files organized and manage storage workflows across shared drives and cloud platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Export, encode, and deliver final videos in multiple aspect ratios and codecs optimized for social and digital platforms
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and help oversee the production process
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage revisions, versioning, and delivery according to specs and client and brand feedback
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure consistency with brand standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot common post-production issues and assist with software/hardware setup when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date on emerging editing tools, platform requirements, and content best practices
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements

 2&ndash;5 years of hands-on video editing, post-production, and/or motion design experience (internships and freelance work welcome)
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Adobe Photoshop / Creative Suite a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of video codecs, terminology, color grading, visual effects, motion graphics, and post-production workflows
 </li>
 <li>
 A robust portfolio demonstrating storytelling, technical skill, and a command of design principles &mdash; typography, color theory, and composition
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, project, and file management skills with sharp attention to detail and a critical eye for quality

 Working knowledge of AI-driven design tools and techniques

About the Role

The Manager, North America Visual Merchandising is a detail-driven, cross-functional role at the intersection of brand storytelling and retail execution. You will support visual merchandising programs across our most critical North American retail partners &ndash; including ULTA, Macy&rsquo;s, and department store equivalents &ndash; spanning 2,000+ doors. From coordinating with design agencies and managing planogram updates to tracking prototypes and supporting maintenance programs, you will help shape how our brand shows up at shelf and in-store. This role is well-suited for a collaborative, organized, and creatively minded professional who is comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment and communicates proactively to keep projects on track.

Primary Responsibilities

Fixture Programs &amp; Gondola Updates

<li>Support planning and execution of gondola updates in partnership with Channel and Global Marketing, contributing to a roadmap that drives efficiency across 2,000+ doors</li>
<li>Coordinate with design agencies on gondola templates, planograms, and supporting graphics, ensuring brand alignment, visual impact, and retailer-specific format requirements are met</li>
<li>Route designs through the internal approval process (Global Marketing, US Channel Marketing, Sales); track prototype reviews, manage vendor revisions, and support final artwork sign-off prior to production</li>
<li>Monitor costs against budget and flag variances; review store-level execution instructions for accuracy prior to rollout</li>
<li>Support gondola overhaul projects as assigned, coordinating across Creative, Global Marketing, and US Channel Marketing teams; assist with tracking vendor options, timeline milestones, and phased installation logistics</li>
<li>Confirm accuracy of final artworks with design agencies, verifying graphics, copy, product images, and legal copy prior to production release</li>
