The ideal candidates will assist in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire protection systems and support daily technical operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Fighting &amp; Fire Alarm systems</li><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance for all firefighting and alarm equipment</li><li>Troubleshoot system faults and repair defects</li><li>Assist in inspections and ensure systems comply with Qatar Civil Defense requirements</li><li>Complete service reports and update maintenance records</li><li>Support project and site teams during system upgrades or modifications</li><li>Maintain tools, equipment, and adhere to safety standards at all times</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field</li><li>1&ndash;2 years&rsquo; experience in Fire Fighting or Fire Alarm systems</li><li>Basic understanding of NFPA standards (preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>Hands-on experience with pumps, sprinklers, detectors, panels, Pre-action ,FM200, Foam systems etc.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li><li>Valid Qatar driving license (advantage)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Job Title: Maintenance CoordinatorLocation: Qatar Experience Required: 1&ndash;2 Years Employment Type: Full-TimeWe are seeking a proactive and organized Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily maintenance operations, coordinate service requests, schedule technicians, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the maintenance team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities</li><li>Assign tasks to technicians and follow up on job completion</li><li>Receive and process maintenance requests and work orders</li><li>Maintain records of maintenance activities, materials, and equipment</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly reports and update Project Manager.</li><li>Prepare Maintenance reports on time and arrange submission to client.</li><li>Prepare Invoices as per mentioned in the Agreement</li><li>Ensure all operations comply with company policies and safety standards</li><li>Communicate with clients regarding service updates and appointments</li><li>Monitor material stock levels and arrange purchases when required</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or related field</li><li>1&ndash;2 years&rsquo; experience in maintenance coordination or similar role</li><li>Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of maintenance operations (MEP/HVAC/Firefighting preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure</li><li>Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Maintenance Coordinator

Job Opening: Admin &ndash; Oryxi Maintenance ServicesOryxi Maintenance Services, a leading company in fire fighting &amp; fire alarm maintenance, civil maintenance, interior fit-out works, and passive life safety system upgrades, is looking for a skilled and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team in Qatar.Key Responsibilities:Handle daily administrative tasks, correspondence, and office coordination.Manage documentation, filing systems, and ensure timely record-keeping for ongoing projects.Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and letters as required.Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.Track staff attendance, leaves, and support HR functions.Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and project-related communications.Follow up on project documentation related to MOI/Civil Defense/QCDD requirements.Maintain office supplies, monitor inventory, and manage procurement requests.Prepare reports and updates for management as needed.Support the operations team with administrative needs for fire fighting, fire alarm, and maintenance activities.Requirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in maintenance/fire safety industry is an advantage).Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Knowledge of Qatari documentation procedures, invoicing, tenders, and QCDD/MOI requirements is a plus.Ability to handle confidential information professionally.Valid Qatar Residency Permit (NOC preferred).Job Type: Full-time
