 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Build Core Product Infrastructure
 
 : Design and implement scalable backend systems using modern languages and patterns (e.g., event-driven services, API-first design).
 </li>

 Own End-to-End Features
 
 : Collaborate with product managers and designers to define, build, and iterate on impactful product features that solve real problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Embed AI in Development &amp; Product
 
 : Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, custom agents) to improve coding efficiency, testing, system monitoring, and even end-user features.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 API &amp; Integration Engineering
 
 : Create and maintain high-performance GraphQL and REST APIs to support seamless frontend and external integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Drive Technical Direction
 
 : Influence architectural decisions, contribute to long-term platform vision, and raise the bar for code quality and performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Work in a Startup Environment

 6+ years of hands-on experience building modern software systems using
 
 Python, Java, or Kotlin
