 We are now looking for a dynamic Marketing &amp; Brand Manager with proven experience in fashion marketing and strong knowledge of online business to lead our marketing initiatives and scale our brand presence.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Brand Strategy &amp; Positioning
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen Vaayu&rsquo;s brand identity in the luxury &amp; fashion space.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent brand storytelling across offline, digital, and retail channels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Digital &amp; Online Business Growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive e-commerce growth through website, marketplaces like shopify, and social media platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage online campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, SEO, email, influencer collaborations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor performance analytics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Content &amp; Communication
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conceptualize campaigns and oversee content creation for social media, lookbooks, and brand communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with designers, stylists, photographers, and creative agencies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 PR, Influencers &amp; Collaborations
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with fashion editors, stylists, and influencers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Secure media placements, celebrity associations, and high-visibility brand collaborations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Events &amp; Retail Marketing
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan brand activations, exhibitions, and fashion week participation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support retail store launches and in-store marketing initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5&ndash;8 years of experience in marketing within the fashion/luxury/lifestyle industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance-driven campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of PR, influencer networks, and fashion media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-driven, creative, and strategic thinker with strong analytical ability.
 </li>
