Osborne has opened its first transitional housing and reentry program, The Fulton Community Reentry Center (Fulton). Fulton will provide 140 beds of transitional reentry housing to formerly incarcerated men who would otherwise be homeless after discharge from a correctional facility. Fulton will also provide onsite reentry services, including case management, benefits enrollment, employment, health, and substance use disorder treatment. The facility operates 365 days on a 24-hour basis daily, including evening and weekend hours (some positions will require non-traditional work hours).
We currently seek a full-time Program Coordinator to join our Fulton Reentry Community Center. The Program Coordinator will provide high quality, appropriate programs for Fulton residents, evaluate efficacy of programming, and liaise with external and internal providers to ensure all continuity, metrics, and (paperwork) is met. This role will supervise peer mentor positions and facilitate groups. This is an on-site position, at our Fulton Reentry Community Center, located in the Bronx, NY.
Salary Range: $65,800 - $67,000 annually
Essential Duties:
Resident Programming<ul><li>
Create, evaluate, and provide Fulton residents with access to high quality, life stage appropriate programming that meets their needs as older, formerly incarcerated adults, including but not limited to: educational programming, life skills and health programming, and recreational programming (celebrating holidays, sports event watch party, game nights, etc.)</li><li>
Liaise with external and internal providers to provide smooth facilitation, including DHS required documentation.</li><li>
Oversee addiction programming and services including narcan distribution and training and required documentation and reporting.</li><li>
Coordinate with case managers and social services teams to ensure appropriate referrals and services are being provided to residents, as needed.</li><li>
Make referrals to programming and services and ensure detailed descriptions of relevant interactions are noted within the resident&rsquo;s CARES file.</li><li>
Document engagements with residents in internal systems, as appropriate.</li></ul>
Managerial Duties<ul><li>
Assist Program Director and other senior staff with setting and implementing program goals.</li><li>
Support data analytics team with gathering and explaining data as needed.</li><li>
Supervise direct reports in providing direct, high quality programming and services to residents through weekly supervision sessions, professional development opportunities, and managerial guidance.</li><li>
Intervene and deescalate conflict when observed and partner with Fulton&rsquo;s security staff and other managerial employees to support a safe and respectful environment.</li><li>
Respond to emergency situations as needed.</li><li>
Attend daily senior staff check-ins.</li><li>
In-person collaboration is an essential function of the job and required.</li><li>
This position may require occasional additional night or weekend hours.</li><li>

Requirements:

 Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Social work, Psychology, or a related field;
<ul><li>in lieu of a degree High School Diploma or equivalent, and an additional five years of related experience</li>
</ul></li><li>A minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a social service agency is required</li><li>
CASAC-T is preferred but not required</li><li>
Experience working with justice-impacted individuals is preferred but not required</li></ul>

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, strong attention to detail, and time management skills</li><li>
Work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions</li><li>
Experience with crisis de-escalation and calmly assist during an emergency</li><li>

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, CARES knowledge a plus</li><li>
Communicate with all levels of the organization and build strong relationships</li></ul>

We currently seek a full-time Director of Program Operations to support Osborne's programming and Chief Program Officer. The Director of Program Operations supports the Chief Program Officer on special projects, daily program operations, and the implementation of new programs and cross-departmental initiatives. Osborne&rsquo;s program areas include Court and Decarceration, Young Adult Services, In-Prison services, Workforce Development and Reentry services, and Children, Youth, and Family Services. Partners with program leadership to ensure program goals are met. Builds and maintains relationships with external and internal constituents. The Director of Program Operations also seeks to maximize integration of all Osborne services through policy, process, program design, and fundraising. The Director of Program Operations also assists program leadership in implementing new programs and major program changes.
Salary Range: $110,000 - $117,000 annually 
Essential Duties:<ul><li>
Manages the implementation of new programs and services in close coordination with each program lead. Leads cross-functional implementation meetings, develops creative solutions to problems, and collaborates with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth implementation of programming.</li><li>
Create systems to support efficient program operation across departments, including tracking and organizing subcontracts and consultant agreements, policies and procedure documents, MOUs, and curricula.</li><li>
Research trends in the field showing best practices for service delivery. Support program leadership in ensuring curricula are up to date.</li><li>
Assist the Chief Program Officer in reviewing and editing reports and grant applications to funders prior to submission</li><li>
When needed, directly supervise program areas to directly support staff, provide strategic leadership and direction to the program, coordinate with funders and partners, and ensure high quality service delivery for participants. Coach staff and take on direct reports as needed on a temporary or permanent basis to support the Chief Program Officer.</li><li>
Coordinate staff training across all program areas.</li><li>
Create and update best practices documents across program areas.</li><li>
Actively pursues and maintains contacts, linkages and or MOU&rsquo;s with other agencies to refer or obtain additional client services.</li><li>
Conducts audits of the program&rsquo;s systems and process to ensure regulatory compliance and service provisions are met.</li><li>
Attends and participates in interdepartmental and cross-functional meetings to increase awareness of program services. Serves as a primary staff liaison to affiliate committees as designated by the Chief Program Officer.</li><li>
Attends and participates in external meetings and committees to identify and implement industry best practices, updates, standards and trends.</li><li>
Collaborates with Development, Communications, and Program staff to draft/edit comprehensive summaries of program components for internal and external marketing literature, including, but not limited to, local resource guides.</li><li>
Develops and maintains relationships with funders, partner organizations, elected officials, community members, potential employers, and other stakeholders</li><li>
If clinical licensure: Provide Clinical supervision to staff as needed across departments.</li><li>
Support and onboard volunteers as needed, including in the chaplaincy program.</li><li>
In person attendance is required to collaborate with others</li><li>
Performs other duties as requested.</li></ul>
Requirements: 
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field required. Master's degree in a related field strongly preferred.</li><li>
Clinical licensing, including LCSW preferred.</li><li>
A minimum of three years in a progressive leadership role is required.</li><li>
Experience in project management, budgeting, development, and leadership strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience with credible messenger approaches, restorative justice, transformative mentoring, reentry, trauma-informed care, or anti-violence work strongly preferred.</li></ul> 
Key Competencies:<ul><li>
Excellent management, problem-solving, organizational, and counseling skills</li><li>
Ability to analyze and evaluate information and develop recommendations</li><li>
Demonstrate success in planning and implementing program activities within budgetary and time constraints</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present information to a wide variety of audiences</li><li>
Must be familiar with and remain informed about the criminal legal system, reentry, and credible messenger work</li><li>
Strong computer skills are necessary, including expertise with Google Suite and databases such as Salesforce</li><li>
Must be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li></ul>
