This role owns the end-to-end ecommerce roadmap&mdash;including site experience and lifecycle strategy&mdash;and shares our commitment to wellness. Responsibilities
Ecommerce Performance &amp; Optimization<ul>
<li>
Own key ecommerce performance levers, including:</li>
<li>Conversion rate (CVR)</li>
<li>Returning customer revenue</li>
<li>Retention and repeat purchase</li>
<li>Partner with the VP of Growth to translate traffic strategy and acquisition mix into high-performing on-site experiences</li>
<li>Identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and develop clear, data-backed solutions</li>
<li>Balance short-term optimization with longer-term experience improvements</li>
</ul>
Digital Experience, Site Roadmap &amp; A/B Testing<ul>
<li>
Own the .com roadmap end-to-end, setting priorities and sequencing work based on business impact</li>
<li>Partner with Growth and Content to integrate technical and on-site SEO best practices into the ecommerce roadmap</li>
<li>Lead A/B testing planning and execution across PDPs, PLPs, checkout, merchandising, and key user journeys</li>
<li>Define testing hypotheses, success metrics, and learning agendas in partnership with marketing analytics</li>
<li>Drive increased velocity and impact of testing and experimentation on .com</li>
<li>Own digital execution for launches, promotions, and key commercial moments on .com, partnering with Integrated Marketing to operationalize the GTM calendar and ensure experiences are clear, prioritized, and conversion-driven</li>
<li>Define and execute on-site promotion mechanics, merchandising, and sequencing in coordination with digital and brand marketing teams</li>
<li>Partner cross-functionally to ensure inventory alignment for digital promotions and programs</li>
</ul>
Retention, Lifecycle &amp; Messaging Programs<ul>
<li>
Own end-to-end lifecycle and retention strategy across email, SMS, subscription, loyalty, and direct mail</li>
<li>Lead and develop the Retention Marketing Manager</li>
<li>Build a strong point of view on retention economics, including LTV, purchase frequency, and offer tradeoffs</li>
<li>Drive the evolution and performance of:</li>
<li>Subscription (value proposition, experience, offers, and growth)</li>
<li>Loyalty (engagement, digital experience, and impact on retention)</li>
<li>Own digital messaging strategy and performance across site and lifecycle channels in partnership with Brand Marketing</li>
<li>Ensure lifecycle messaging and promotions are well-coordinated with the broader marketing calendar</li>
<li>Evolve lifecycle resourcing and structure to support scale while maintaining strategic rigor</li>
</ul>
Cross-Functional Leadership<ul>
<li>
Partner closely with:</li>
<li>VP of Growth on traffic mix, funnel performance, and tradeoffs</li>
<li>Integrated Marketing on GTM planning, sequencing, and readiness</li>
<li>Brand Marketing and Creative on narrative, messaging, and execution</li>
<li>Customer Care on site experience, offer mechanics, and loyalty initiatives</li>
<li>Act as a strong day-to-day partner to Creative, providing clear briefs, feedback, and performance insights</li>
<li>Escalate major priority conflicts and tradeoffs to senior leadership</li>
</ul>

Requirements<ul>
<li>
8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital, or growth marketing, with significant DTC experience</li>
<li>Experience in skincare beauty, lifestyle, wellness, or CPG highly preferred</li>
<li>Experience owning and operating within a modern ecommerce tech stack, including deep hands-on experience with Shopify</li>
<li>Proven track record of driving conversion, retention, and revenue growth in a high-volume ecommerce environment</li>
<li>Deep understanding of ecommerce funnels, experimentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention economics</li>
<li>Experience owning a .com roadmap, including site merchandising, promotions, launches, and a/b testing</li>
<li>Strong analytical skill set with the ability to translate data into clear priorities and actions</li>
<li>Experience leading and developing high-performing teams</li>
<li>Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority</li>
<li>Comfort balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)</li>
<li>Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position</li>

</ul>
Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $140,000-$180,000 per year. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range.
