Osha Bergman Watanabe and Burton LLP (OBWB) is currently seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our Trademark Team. Candidates must have experience working closely with attorneys to assist with drafting and filing foreign and domestic trademark applications, managing the trademark docket and portfolio, monitoring trademark infringement, and conducting trademark searches. Candidates must also be comfortable working remotely and be eager to learn and work autonomously, while receiving and following instructions.What is a trademark paralegal?Trademark paralegals are involved in all aspects of filing and prosecuting trademarks.
