Junior AccountantThe Junior Accountant will support the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, assisting in accurate financial record keeping, statutory compliance, and coordination with the export and costing teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to build expertise in manufacturing cost structures, export finance, and the textile and garment supply chain.Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Record daily transactions in the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and petty cash.</li><li>Assist with bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and voucher preparation.</li><li>Support preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.</li><li>Maintain basic records for inventory and finished goods accounting.</li></ul>Costing Support<ul><li>Assist in preparing product-wise cost sheets for fabrics, trims, stitching, and finishing.</li><li>Compile data for standard vs. actual cost comparison.</li><li>Support the pricing and margin analysis process for domestic and export orders.</li></ul>Export &amp; Compliance Assistance<ul><li>Prepare draft invoices, packing lists, and supporting documents for export shipments.</li><li>Assist in compiling financial documentation for LC, TT, and export incentive claims (RoDTEP, RoSCTL).</li><li>Help maintain GST records, input tax credits, and support periodic filings.</li></ul>Audit &amp; Internal Controls<ul><li>Gather and organize documents for statutory, tax, and internal audits.</li><li>Support implementation of internal controls over cash, procurement, and inventory.</li><li>Monitor and update basic records for receivables and payables.</li></ul>ERP &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Enter and update accounting data in ERP systems</li><li>Support automation and digitization efforts for reports and reconciliations.</li><li>Coordinate with merchandising, production, and export documentation teams for smooth data flow.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Cost Accounting or Finance (CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred but not required).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or export environment.</li><li>Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and costing principles.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.</li><li>Willingness to learn export documentation and DGFT portal procedures.</li></ul>Key Skills:<ul><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good numerical and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.</li><li>Basic understanding of bank procedures and export finance.</li><li>Effective communication and team collaboration.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Erode, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
