Role SummaryOshadi is seeking a commercially strong, process-oriented Procurement &amp; Contracts Manager to centrally manage all purchases across construction projects, farm operations, textiles, garments, and administration.This role will own the end-to-end purchase lifecycle &mdash; from requirement consolidation and vendor negotiation to PO issuance, delivery tracking, GRN coordination, and payment readiness &mdash; while ensuring cost control, documentation discipline, and MIS visibility.Key Responsibilities1. Construction &amp; Interior Procurement (Primary Focus)<ul><li>Work closely with architect, interior designer, and site engineers</li><li>Translate BOQs and drawings into purchase plans</li><li>Source and negotiate vendors for:</li><li>Civil materials (cement, steel, stone, wood, etc.)</li><li>Electrical, plumbing, fixtures, finishes</li><li>Interior materials and services</li><li>Prepare comparative statements and cost benchmarks</li><li>Track deliveries to site and coordinate measurement-based billing (RA bills)</li><li>Flag cost overruns, scope changes, and variations early</li></ul>2. Farm Procurement<ul><li>Manage seasonal and planned purchases of:</li><li>Seeds, organic inputs, tools, services</li><li>Avoid ad-hoc buying through advance planning</li><li>Benchmark rates year-on-year</li><li>Coordinate deliveries and GRNs with farm team</li></ul>3. Textile Procurement<ul><li>Manage yarn, greige, dyeing, printing, embroidery, and finishing job-work</li><li>Ensure clarity on:</li><li>Job-work vs material supply</li><li>Rates, wastage norms, timelines</li><li>Track PO vs delivery vs invoice</li><li>Coordinate GRN and reconciliation with internal teams</li></ul>4. Our &ldquo;seed-to-sew&rdquo; model demands a conductor who can keep every note of the supply-chain orchestra in tune, on time, and true to our values.Role PurposeOwn the entire value chain from seed procurement and farm planning through spinning, weaving, dyeing/printing, garmenting, and final export dispatch. You will convert design intent and sales orders into on-time, first-time-right deliveries while driving efficiency, quality, and sustainability at every step.Key Responsibilities1. Farm &amp; Raw-Fibre<ul><li>Plan crop cycles, seed varieties, regenerative inputs, and harvest targets with agronomy team.</li><li>Secure bale-level traceability data.</li></ul>2. Yarn &amp; Fabric Engineering<ul><li>Approve yarn counts, crimp allowances, warp/weft kilogram plans, and loom loading.</li><li>Decide make-or-buy mix (in-house, outsourced, or purchased fabric).</li></ul>3. Processing &amp; Finishing<ul><li>Enforce process cards and realisation for singeing &rarr; desize &rarr; bleach &rarr; mercerise &rarr; dye/print &rarr; finish.</li><li>Achieve RFT &ge; 90 %, &Delta;E &le; 0.5, and water/energy KPIs.</li></ul>4. Garment Production<ul><li>Lead CAD marker approval, SAM/SMV line balancing, and first-piece sign-offs.</li><li>Monitor rework, mending, and cut-to-pack cost variance (target &plusmn;5 %).</li></ul>5. Dispatch &amp; Customer OTIF<ul><li>Align packing specs, carton markings, and export documentation.</li><li>Deliver on-time-in-full &ge; 98 % across all sales orders.</li></ul>6. Data, Compliance &amp; Improvement<ul><li>Run daily KPI cockpit (OEE, waste %, RFT, power/chem cost, ESG metrics).</li><li>Maintain certification roadmap.</li><li>Champion Lean, TPM, and Kaizen events; publish monthly cost-saving impact.</li></ul>7.
