Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective students and corporate clients.</li><li>Explain course details, program benefits, and institute offerings in a clear and convincing manner.</li><li>Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into successful registrations.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.</li><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital &amp; offline).</li><li>Coordinate with the marketing team to improve advertising performance and lead quality.</li><li>Build strong relationships with prospective learners and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Participate in events, workshops, and promotional activities when required.</li><li>Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent fluency in English (spoken ) - MUST</li><li>Strong convincing and communication skills over the phone.</li><li>Previous experience in sales, tele-sales, or service sector preferred.</li><li>Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.</li><li>Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.</li><li>Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
