</div><div>The Manufacturing Systems Engineer III is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing systems and processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment, automation, and software systems within production environments.</div><div></div><div><br>

Responsibilities<br>

Develop and maintain manufacturing systems to support production goals and quality standards.</li><li>
Lead projects focused on process improvement, automation, and system integration.</li><li>
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.</li><li>
Collaborate with engineering, design, quality, operations, and IT teams to ensure manufacturability, system compatibility, and compliance.</li><li>
Support implementation and integration of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP systems.</li><li>
Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for system operations.</li><li>
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.</li><li>
Apply expertise in production workflows, assembly processes, and quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.</li><li>
Optimize manufacturing operations for efficiency and scalability.</li><li>
Create and maintain detailed technical work instructions within a controlled process environment.</li><li>
Perform requirements analysis, system architecture design, and integration across mechanical, electrical, and software domains.</li><li>
Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams and support lifecycle management.</li><li>
Configure and troubleshoot networking for connected systems, including IP addressing, subnetting, and basic network diagnostics.</li><li>
Execute scripts for system configuration and deployment in production environments.</li><li>
Install and configure software packages on deployment systems, ensuring compatibility across hardware and software platforms.</li><li>
Administer Windows and Linux operating systems, including command-line tools and system basics.</li><li>
Troubleshoot installation issues and maintain system reliability.</li><li>
Work with PLCs and industrial control systems to support automation and process control.</li><li>

Qualifications<br>
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
</li><li>5+ years in manufacturing systems engineering or related role.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of MES, ERP systems, and automation technologies.</li><li>
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.</li><li>
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.</div><div></div><div><br>
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. Position Overview<br>
We are seeking skilled and motivated Field Service Technicians (FSTs) to join our team in Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 field technical support for advanced cargo and vehicle inspection systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex X-ray scanning equipment, while supporting the daily activities of Level 3 Field Service Engineers (FSEs).</div><br>

<ul><li>System Maintenance &amp; Repair<br>
Perform Level 1 and Level 2 maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Cargo Vehicle Inspection (CVI) systems and subsystems, including mechanical, electrical, and software components, as directed by the Field Service Engineer (FSE).</li><li>
Technical Diagnostics &amp; Fault Resolution<br>
Identify, isolate, and resolve technical issues across CVI systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance. This includes both proactive and reactive maintenance tasks.</li><li>
Technical Communication &amp; Escalation<br>
Provide clear and concise oral and written reports to escalate complex technical issues (Level 3) to engineering teams or site engineers, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.</li><li>
Installation Support<br>
Assist installation teams during system deployment phases, including setup, configuration, and initial testing of CVI systems.</li><li>
Documentation &amp; Reporting<br>
Complete all required technical documentation, including service daily and weekly reports, system logs. Accurately input service data into internal databases and reporting tools.</li><li>
Compliance &amp; Safety<br>
Adhere to all company, customer, and regulatory safety standards and protocols while working on-site.</li></ul>
