Continental Electronics is seeking a <b>Senior IT Business Analyst with deep Deltek Costpoint expertise</b> to support a fast‑growing, government‑focused business.This senior‑level role plays a strategic part in aligning enterprise systems with business objectives, serving as a trusted advisor to functional leaders while providing hands‑on ERP leadership.</div><div><br>

Responsibilities:
<div><b>
Strategic Business Analysis &amp; Leadership</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as a senior liaison between business leadership and IT, aligning ERP capabilities with financial, operational, and compliance objectives</li><li>
Lead complex requirements gathering efforts, translating strategic business needs into scalable system and process solutions</li><li>
Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for ERP utilization, data integrity, and process standardization</li><li>
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of business analysis standards and methodologies</li></ul><div><b>
Deltek Costpoint Ownership</b></div><ul><li>
Act as a senior system owner and administrator for Deltek Costpoint in a cloud‑hosted environment</li><li>
Lead configuration, optimization, and support of Costpoint modules including finance, projects, contracts, HR, payroll, timekeeping, materials, and manufacturing</li><li>
Oversee administration and integration of supporting modules such as Shop Floor Time, TIP/QA, and RFGen</li><li>
Advanced System Configuration, Reporting &amp; Integrations</li><li>
Design and govern Costpoint extensibility solutions, system enhancements, and configuration standards</li><li>
Ability to write queries and build reports using SQL, Cognos, or similar BI/reporting tools</li><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert for Costpoint integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise data flows</li></ul><div><b>
Compliance, Controls &amp; Audit Leadership</b></div><ul><li>
Ensure ERP configurations and controls align with regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, DCAA, FAR)</li><li>
Lead audit readiness activities, including documentation, evidence collection, and access control reviews</li><li>
Establish and maintain SOPs, security standards, and system governance practices</li></ul><div><b>
Program Execution &amp; Continuous Improvement</b></div><ul><li>
Lead Costpoint upgrade cycles, including planning, testing, validation, and stakeholder communication</li><li>
Evaluate new Costpoint features and guide adoption strategies aligned with business priorities</li><li>
Drive root‑cause analysis of systemic issues and oversee long‑term remediation efforts</li><li>
Identify and champion automation and optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience</li><li>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience</li><li>
5+ years of experience in business analysis, ERP system administration, or enterprise application leadership</li><li>
2+ Experience supporting Deltek Costpoint in a production environment</li><li>
Extensive experience across Costpoint modules including finance, projects, HR, payroll, contracts, and materials</li><li>
Strong understanding of business processes within government contracting or other highly regulated industries</li></ul><div><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul><li>
Experience with Shop Floor Time, TIP/QA, and/or RFGen</li><li>
Deltek Costpoint certifications</li><li>
Demonstrated experience supporting DCAA, FAR, and government audit requirements</li><li>
Advanced SQL skills and experience with analytics or BI platforms</li><li>
Experience leading ERP initiatives, upgrades, or enterprise‑wide process transformations</li></ul><div><b>

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.</div><div></div><div><br>
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package. You may be eligible for long-term incentives, potential discretionary bonuses, and the ability to purchase company stock at a discounted rate through the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP).
