Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered and ensure the team is also well-informed</li><li>
Monitor inventory levels and ensure all products are adequately stocked and displayed according to company standards</li><li>
Oversee customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction</li><li>
Conduct regular team meetings to update staff on new sales targets, promotional activities, and operational changes</li><li>
Analyze sales figures, forecast future sales, and adapt strategies to market trends</li><li>
