What You Can Expect Day-to-Day</i></b></p><ul><li>
Drive sales excellence by understanding customer needs and providing tailored product solutions</li><li>
Lead, coach, motivate, and manage the performance goals of team members</li><li>
Collaborate with leadership on strategic action plans to support KPIs</li><li>
Achieve set OSL Targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</li><li>
Coordinate weekly team schedules to secure sufficient staffing across all stores</li><li>
Train teams on all operational guidelines, carriers, and product knowledge</li><li>
On-board/off-board all employees
</li><li>Participate in all required training, including personal and professional development</li><li>
Contribute to sales initiatives and work side by side with your team when needed</li></ul><div><b><i>
What it Takes
</i></b></div><ul><li>Full-time availability, including days, evenings, and weekends (and holidays)
</li><li>1+ years' experience in a management role
</li><li>Able to lift 30-50 pounds and stand/walk for extensive periods</li><li>
Own a vehicle and be able to travel to your store(s) during operational hours</li><li>
Understanding of sales and customer service fundamentals</li><li>
Track record of leading teams who exceeded sales targets and quotas</li><li>
Able to manage budgets, forecast sales, merchandising, and retail metrics</li></ul><div><b><i>
