Proactively reaching out to prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and in‑person visits.</li><li>
Identifying and qualifying businesses that can benefit from OSM&rsquo;s delivery solutions.</li><li>
Following a structured sales process to open and close new customer accounts.</li><li>
Meeting or exceeding activity goals and lead generation targets.</li><li>
Researching prospects to identify decision‑makers and tailor outreach.</li><li>
Managing prospect activity and interactions in Salesforce.</li><li>
Overcoming common objections and clearly communicating our value proposition.</li><li>
Partnering with sales leadership to refine messaging and territory strategies.</li><li>
Handing off larger or more complex accounts to senior sales team members when appropriate.</li><li>

Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.</li><li>
